Once invoices are paid in full your items will go into production. Please note that custom pens, cigar pokers, passports and luggage tags ship within 7-10 business days. Custom trays, coasters, tumblers, mugs, glassware, notebooks/planners, travel bags, drink stirrers ,custom laser designs & Apparel and Social Media, Scan to Pay or WiFi signs ship within 11-21 business days.
