Soul Beads & Bling curates handmade custom home décor and accessories. Most items are personalized. Commission pieces are discussed thoroughly prior to purchase and outlined in detail on website ( Handmade items have natural flaws and are not 100% perfect therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in transit from carrier or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If items are damaged  by the shipping carrier please take detailed pictures of damage and email it to so that we, Soul Beadz & Bling can put in a claim with our registered carrier.
